Counter-Notice:
If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared;

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand;

Your signature.
