Rainbow Reins NZ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

How to File a DMCA Notice:

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide the following to our designated agent:

  1. Your full name and contact information (email, phone number, address).

  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  3. The exact URL(s) or location of the material you believe is infringing.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice:

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared;

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand;

  • Your signature.
